The Environmental Studies Program offers a major and minor in Environmental Studies.

The major includes four core courses:

• Environmental Systems Science (V36.0100)
• Environment and Society (V36.0101)
• Environmental Studies Internship (V36.0800)
• Environmental Studies Capstone Seminar (V36.0900; taken during the senior year)

Students can choose one of two Tracks:

1. Environmental Values and Society
   
2. Environmental Science

Students in the major must also fulfill the requirements of an approved major or minor in a subject related to their chosen ES Track. For students who wish to receive honors in Environmental Studies, please visit the honors page for requirements.
